Zamindarini Kamalammal
1888 - 1921
Our founder, Zamindarini Kamalammal, believed that providing education is the highest form of charity. As Bharathiyar sang, "Building a thousand food shelters or ten thousand temples is noble, but more virtuous than all is to teach a single child the alphabet." In 1903, she established this institution to illuminate lives in Bodinayakanur.

The Visionary Beginnings
Established in 1913, the Z.K.M. Educational Trust was born from the noble intent of providing quality education to the rural community of Bodinayakkanur. What began as a local initiative by the Zamindar family has evolved into a beacon of knowledge for the entire Theni district.
Administrative Philosophy
Our trust operates on the principle of inclusive governance. We believe that the collaboration between philanthropists, experienced educators, and the community is the key to institutional success. By increasing our general body strength from 60 to 100 members, we have ensured a diverse and powerful leadership.
